1、租房场景
首先辨别是租房还是买房，For lease还是for sale
房子的类型有：flat, apartment, dormitory(dorm), student hotel, youth hostel)
一般房子有的家电或设施有：
stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, air-condition, electric fans, radiator, electricstoves、bed, bookshelf, night table, wardrobe, cupboard, drawer, utensil, sofa, couch, coffee table
Room: bedroom, bathroom, living room, sitting room, balcony, kitchen, bedsit, studio, recreationroom, garage
Money: rent, deposit, insurance, water, electricity, gas, phone bill, laundry fee
床上用品有：

房子位置：Road(Rd.), Street(St.), lane,
门厅的叫法：hall, lobby, porch

这部分主要注意听力，特别关注的是研究方法、方法优缺点、研究步骤、个人观点等。
关于研究的：

借书动作：

书的状态：
available可用到的,可得到的，可以借到的，out on loan借出的，reserved in circulation在书库里，out of circulation借出，not for circulation不外借，closed reserved只读不借
借的物品：

一般是司机，导游，BBC programme介绍某个地方，城市的基本情况。
考点包括：名字，行政区划，人口，语言风土人情，好处，不利，吸引人之处
