Compared to the aging of population, will it be much easier to make the conclusion that the increase of those aged 15 and younger has all positive effects on the country? Apparently not, as both positive and negative influence can be seen at present and will be expected in the future.
Such an increase in population can lead to more juvenile delinquency in society. It is a fact universally acknowledged, that this population from young children to teenagers requires not only care but also attention from their parents. However, when both of their parents take on the role as the breadwinners in most countries, having no time to take care of them, they as a matter of fact feel abandoned or even rejected. With such negative feeling, they usually go to their peer groups. Ironically, only coming to a group with many others suffering a worse and more terrible situation will they take more comfort than in a positive group. Then, it is obvious that these children resort to many bad habits, such as smoking, drinking alcohol and so forth.
However, it does not seem to be all negative, meaning that positive effects can be projected in the coming future, as they grow up. With this increase in the country, there will be more and more young adults with professional expertise coming into social construction and national development. As we know, children are the future of a country. Besides, given that advances in technology have already improved medical condition and treatment to make human longevity, many countries now are beginning to suffer many social problems due to the aging of population. Therefore, the increase of this population can be seen as the key to alleviating the negative influence in the future, for instance, the shortage of main workforce.
To recapitulate, it is impossible to make a clear judgment on this charge in population. With this increase, juvenile crime rises in society as the result of emotional neglect by many parents, while it is estimated to mitigate many social issues brought by the aging of population.
